How To Annoy People In Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

There are many ways players have been annoyed in the Call of Duty series. Though lag and hosting issues are quite common, nothing is as annoying as another player purposely trying to irritate you. The following is a list of some of the most annoying things you can do in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Please consider that I do not agree with many of these tactics. While some of these are made up, most of them come from actual experience.

Ways for Team A to annoy Team B: These can be used to harrass the enemy team. These tactics may actually be considered, since they can destroy the enemy's morale and cause them to focus on countering what you are doing, instead of actually playing normally.

• Entire team uses 40mm grenades or other grenade launchers. Most effective if used with scavenger and danger close. This will cause the enemy team to separate, stay away from windows / doors / other openings, or even try using 40s themselves.
• Half of the team or more uses shields. This is extremely annoying because only a few weapons will overpower a shield (semtex grenade for instance). Shields cause major distractions, and really, really, really annoy other people. Keep in mind, this is not as effective when in a wide open area.
• Entire team uses flash grenades. Flash grenades are extremely blinding and irritating. These are best used if scavenger is on. After you throw one, wait a few seconds (so the blinding effect is almost over), then throw another one. If your teammate is around, have them throw theirs. Repeat continuously.
• Entire team uses either UAV or counter UAV (or both) for their killstreaks. With this, the enemy team will be showing up on radar nearly the entire game, and at the same time, won't be able to use radar. Keep in mind, without radar, you can't see your teammates, enemies, or enemy air support.
• Entire team goes stealthy. Use silenced weapons, with cold blooded and ninja. A heartbeat sensor can also be used. This is actually a great countermeasure for the previous tactic.
• Entire team camping. Even more annoying when it is done in a far away location of the map, that is not commonly visited. Also, usage of claymores, grenades, UAVs, and hearbeat sensors will only add to the irritation.
• Any combination of repeated 40mms, explosives, flash grenades, shields, counter UAVs, and camping.

Ways to annoy your teammates: These are not recommended, as they are the most annoying things a person can do in they entire Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 game.

• Standing in front of them. As irritating as this is, it is even worse when an enemy is shooting at them, or they are shooting at an enemy.
• Standing in front of them with a shield.
• Throwing smoke grenades at them. This is especially annoying when the enemy is using thermal lenses.
• Shooting next to them while they are trying to stay stealthy.
• Shooting next to them while they are using a chopper gunner / AC130
• Letting an enemy knife them right in front of you.
• Staying close to them for predator missles.
• Standing in doorways and not moving to let them pass.
• Not planting / diffusing the bomb...but standing next to it.
• Watching the enemy plant / diffuse the bomb.
• Picking up the bomb, but hiding until the end of the match.
• Picking up the flag, but not capturing it.
• Following them everywhere.
• Keep running at the enemy and letting them kill you.
• Keep committing suicide.
• Throwing grenades at your teammates to make them think they are the enemy's.
• Throwing knives at your teammates to make them think they are the enemy's.
• Knifing them. Even though this doesn't kill them (except on hardcore), it is still very annoying and distracting.
• Not using your killstreaks until the end of the match.
• Using UAVs when an enemy counter UAV is already up.
• Killing them in hardcore matches.
• Blinding / stunning them with flash / stun grenades in hardcore matches.
• Killing them / getting them killed they almost have the nuke.
• Shooting down friendly air support in hardcore matches.
• Boosting. Using tactical insertion with an enemy to get unfair kills.
• Verbally harassing them.
• Listening to loud music.
• Talking really loud.
• Talking with a funny accent.
• Repeating everything they are saying. This is as immature as it gets, but kind of funny.
• Saying the enemy is somewhere they're not. If several of your teammates are in a building for instance, this false information will cause them to search all over for someone who isn't there.
• Saying the enemy is not somewhere they actually are. Telling your teammates an area is clear, when in fact it is not.
